Ltd to process my/our claim(s).

receive and pass all information about me/us concerning my/our claim to Legal Audit Software Ltd
so that they can provide a valuation report.

will be used to instruct the best suited legal team for your claim; they allow the law firm to act
on your behalf.
By signing here you are signing all documents relating to your claim, copies of all
your documents will be sent to you via email once the relevant legal team accept your claim(s).
By singing here you are agreeing to allow us to use your signature for any documents needed to process your claim if possible.
By signing here you understand that The Claims Protection Agency Ltd will receive a marketing fee from panel of law firms for obtaining the documentation and for making the introduction. You understand that this fee is not deducted from your compensation and that if you would like to know the exact amount of this fee that you free to ask.

I/We have read the “Document Pack – Explanatory Note” and am/are aware that prior to my/our
claim
being passed to a law firm for consideration that there are several companies involved in
the
process of collating information in support of my/our claim, details of which are provided
in
the
“Document Pack – Explanatory Note” and the Privacy Policy (collectively the “Processing
Parties”).
I/We authorise the Processing Parties to receive and pass all information about me/us
concerning
my/our claim for the undisclosed commissions on my/our payment protection insurance (“PPI”)
policy
one another for the purpose of progressing that claim.
I/We also understand that The Claims Protection Agency Ltd will introduce me/us to
one of their panel law firms for them to pursue the
claim on
my/our behalf for undisclosed commissions concerning my/our PPI policy.
The Claims Protection Agency Ltd will receive a marketing fee from one of the panel of solicitors
for obtaining the documentation and for making the introduction to me/us. I/we understand that
this fee is not deducted from my compensation and that if I would like to know the exact amount of
this fee that I am free to ask.
